Quality Tourism Label
SINCE JANUARY 2019, THE MARC CHAGALL NATIONAL MUSEUM HAS OBTAINED THE QUALITY TOURISM LABEL
In 2018, the National Museums of the 20th Century in the Alpes-Maritimes have committed themselves to a Quality Tourism approach. This mark is a State label, awarded for three years and renewable, to tourism and cultural players, according to very precise criteria, in connection with the quality of their reception and their services throughout the customer (or visitor) journey.
The Quality Tourism approach aims to better understand the needs and expectations of the public in terms of reception and services, to know their points of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, in order to win their loyalty or win them over in advance.
Thus, an audit was carried out last October at the Marc Chagall National Museum, in the following areas
- information and communication
- know-how and interpersonal skills
- comfort and cleanliness
- sustainable development and tourism development of the region
- quality of the services offered
In all these areas, the museum has met almost 92% of the expectations of tourism experts.
During the summer of 2023, the museum participates in the renewal of the Quality Tourism mark.
