Jérôme has been working in the restaurant business since he opened his first restaurant La Pause Biot (495, route de la Mer, Biot) 15 years ago! At the Fernand Léger National Museum, he offers you the chance to taste his classics based on local products, reinvented with exotic touches.
The flagship dish of his cuisine: the Thai salad revisited. It has become a classic on Jérôme's menu and perfectly illustrates Jérôme's taste for sweet and sour dishes with obvious influences from world cuisine.
La Pause Museum is free to all (visitors or not visitors of the museum), on the days and hours of opening of the museum listed below.
