QR codes tour

The content of the audioguide is now available on your smartphone via the QR code route implemented in the museum. Please ensure that a QR code reader is installed on your phone and remember to bring your headphones. It is also possible to request an audioguide at the museum entrance (see conditions below).

Available languages for the adult tour: French / English / German / Italian / Spanish / Russian / Japanese / Chinese
Available languages for the children’s tour: French / English

Borrowing audio guides (outside the COVID-19 context)

Every entry ticket purchased includes an audioguide for individuals (original ID required, photocopies not accepted) :

Adult audio guides for individuals: in French / English / German / Italian / Spanish / Russian / Japanese / Chinese
Audioguides for children : in French / English
Visioguides in French Sign Language: in French / English

Note: for those entitled to free entry, the audioguide is available for 2 €.
