For the first time, the museum is presenting the exceptional donation made by Bella and Meret Meyer, Chagall’s granddaughters, to the Musée National d’Art Moderne, Centre Georges Pompidou. This donation is now on display at the Chagall Museum. It comprises the forty-one sketches and models for the ceiling of the Opéra Garnier, the stage curtains and costumes for the ballet *The Firebird*, the twelve ceramics and sculptures, and the twenty-four collages. Following the recent attacks, and to ensure the safety of visitors, the Marc Chagall National Museum is applying the preventive measures decided by the government for public administrations. For more information on the measures established by the French government, click here

We therefore do not offer cloakroom services. Only backpacks, with a maximum size of 20 x 25 x 40 cm, are allowed in the museum. Suitcases and large bags are prohibited. Your bags and personal belongings will be systematically searched on entering the museum.

Opening hours

Museum open daily, except Tuesdays, December 25, January 1er and May 1er.
May 2 to October 31: 10am. to 1pm and from 2:30pm to 6pm.

Ticket sales end 30 minutes before museum closing time.

The admission ticket includes access to the permanent collection, and to the temporary exhibition.
