The Fernand Léger National Museum can accompany you on a guided or self-guided tour of its collections, as well as for educational partnership projects.
Our team of specialised guide-lecturers can provide you with various tools and mediation devices adapted to different disabilities. Visioguides in sign language, French/English, a material library as well as reproductions of works in relief are at your disposal.
Prices / duration
Admission to the museum is free for you and a companion (on presentation of an MDPH card).
You also benefit from a reduced rate for guided tours, for individuals or groups.
The average length of the tour is between 1 hour and 1.5 hours.

Conformément aux dispositions gouvernementales, un groupe ne peut excéder 9 personnes. Au-delà, ils doivent être divisés en sous-groupes à l'entrée et dans le musée.

Venez découvrir un ensemble de supports tactiles nouvellement créés et toucher les différentes pâtes de verre et pierres des mosaïques présentées dans cet espace. Vous pourrez également appréhender la matière des céramiques exposées.
Conçue pour un public déficient visuel mais aussi adapté pour tout public, cette salle présente de manière ludique l'histoire de la décoration monumentale réalisée pour la façade principale du musée en 1960.
Ces supports tactiles peuvent être découverts en visite libre ou avec une conférencière spécialisée en médiation pour le public en situation de handicap.

TACTILE MEDIA at the Fernand Léger Museum
The material library
A room in the Fernand Léger National Museum is dedicated to the discovery of tactile materials. Glass paste, mosaic tesserae and ceramic decorations allow visitors to understand the composition of the museum's monumental and colourful facade by touch.
These tactile aids are available for self-guided tours or from a lecturer specialising in mediation for the disabled.
This initiative was made possible thanks to the support of the Lycée polyvalent Léonard de Vinci in Antibes.
Tactile adaptation: The Woman with Black Hair by Fernand Léger
As part of the development of disabled visitors (visually impaired visitors), the Fernand Léger National Museum has adapted a work by Fernand Léger, The Woman with Black Hair, for tactile use. Visually impaired visitors will be able to discover this tactile medium and take advantage of the Fernand Léger National Museum's educational workshop. The visit can also be followed by the discovery of monumental works in the museum gardens.
NEW VISITING CONDITIONS
The VIGIPIRATE plan is at the "Enhanced Security - Attack Risk" level throughout France, as of 21 June 2021.
Following the recent attacks, and in order to ensure the safety of visitors, the Fernand Léger National Museum applies the preventive measures decided by the government for public administrations.

Nous ne proposons pas de service de vestiaire. Seuls les sacs à dos, dont la taille est de 20 x 25 x 40 cm maximum, sont autorisés dans le musée.
Il est recommandé de ne pas venir au musée avec des valises, sacs de grande contenance car ils sont interdits.
Vos sacs et effets personnels seront systématiquement fouillés à l'entrée du musée.
We do not offer a cloakroom service. Only backpacks of a maximum size of 20 x 25 x 40 cm are allowed in the museum.
We recommend that you do not bring suitcases or large bags into the museum as they are not permitted.
Your bags and personal belongings will be systematically searched at the entrance of the museum.
Due to the current health conditions, and traffic in the exhibition, the capacity of the guided tours is reduced and is subject to change.
In addition, we invite you to take note of the current conditions for visits to the museum regarding the spread of the covid-19 virus. This will enable you to organise your visit as well as possible.
